Re: Android on Geode GX
That's great. I'll hopefully be able to test this in a bit, but my main goal is to install it to the onboard memory. It *should* work, simply from the file size aspect. I am the last person to try to mess with a boot kernal or anything like that. I'm totally new with this stuff. However, I'm willing...

Re: Android on Geode GX
At the risk of starting a third thread in a row, I suppose this thread could come back to life... I have recently tried running/installing different versions of android from a flash drive to my tablet, and have had mixed results. The versions I've tried are LiveAndroid 0.3 and android-x86-1.6-r2 fro...

Re: 100% Working NimbleX on the WebDT366
Thanks quotaholic, I may be interested. For some reason I thought it would be installable to the onboard flash. My friend and myself (trmptplyr) are fairly decent with creating .gho files. It's not that difficult, and I'm sure that we could throw together a little how-to. It's much easier when it co...

Re: 100% Working NimbleX on the WebDT366
Yes, if anyone happens to still have that .zip file from the original post, would you be so kind as to repost it to a site like MegaUpload? They don't seem to ever delete anyone's uploads, member or not. Thanks! Also, what happened to the Youtube videos? I finally have time to look at them and they ...

Re: MicroXP / XP drivers

Re: MicroXP / XP drivers
I should clear up: I got the BtnAgent working (I'm just a fail at that...) But I am still having problems with the Bluetooth. When I install the included Widcomm driver, it says it can't find the device. I wanted to try to install the Microsoft Generic Bluetooth Stack, but I don't know if that's the...

Any other suggestions? Do I have some configuration off?

Hibernation/Sleep Mode?
Hey, I've searched this forum, but don't know if I've found a solution. I'm running MicroXP, and I'm wondering if there's a way to enable a Sleep Mode. In the shut down menu, the only options are to shut down or restart. Is it possible to add a sleep mode somewhere within or out of there? I've seen ...

Re: MicroXP / XP drivers
Hey all, I've got MicroXP completely installed, but have a few issues. First off, when installing the Widcomm bluetooth drivers, it says it cannot find the bluetooth device. Anyone else have this same problem? It seems to work with BlueSoleil, however, that is simply an evaluation version... Also, w...

Re: MicroXP?
Just as I suspected...
Trmptplyr may have had a bad CD, but I am currently installing it now.
Gotta say, these forums rock.
Now to find the right drivers...
Thanks again!

Re: MicroXP?
Also, another question. One of the main problems when I try to install MicroXP from the USB flash drive is that I get the error "The file txtsetup.sif is corrupt or missing. Status 18." I guess I'd need to edit that file, but I'm not sure about how to go about doing that. Do I need to comm...

Re: MicroXP?
Alright, I haven't deviated away from this topic, as I have been in contact with trmptplyr with this whole thing. What I am wondering, is if I can get that PM about the ghost file as well if anyone has figured it out. He and I are working on just about the same project. Course, with him being much s...

Re: MicroXP?
Alright, well oddly enough, I found that UltraISO has a "bootable section" that allows the user to burn an .iso to a USB device. I tried this, and when I restarted my DT366, it seemed like it wanted to load. However, it told me that my txtsetup.sif file was corrupt. I know that that is a g...
