Re: MicroXP / XP drivers
Where was this at? I bought the COA, but I also bought a flash chip. Damn COA's cost around $100 if you get them legit.serialjoepsycho wrote: he's selling them str8 up in the open so I'd assume it's legit. Someone had xpe coa's on sale and I think (but don't recall) that it was him.

Re: MicroXP / XP drivers
tkmedia, a member here on webdt.org, can get both empty and preloaded flash drives. Unless I am mistaken I believe there is availability for XPe to be preloaded. I do not know if the XPe that is available is specially built to include the particular drivers that the DT needs. I would be surprised i...

Re: MicroXP / XP drivers
The biggest issue there is the licensing with sharing an image, and the fact it's technically illegal. Side note: I was checking eBay for other WebDT models the other day and noticed someone on eBay selling a flash chip/XPe license/XPe image combo. Might be an option if someone really wants the real...

Re: BIOS DT368
I get into BIOS with CTRL F2.
There are tabs at the top and one says Boot. You can then use + or - to change the boot order.
That is at least how PhoenixBIOS works on this one. There may be other BIOS's out there for these units.

Re: XP Embedded 'Windows Product Activation' error at login
Very strange.
When I ran the trial, everything went fine... as did others.
I gave up with it though and ended up buying a larger flash chip with license and image. I use XPe, so I figured what the hell.

Re: Batteries
That's strange. I have 2 externals that were sitting for probably 2 years, but I can run my 366 for 3 hours at least with them. I never really run the thing on battery though. I haven't had any of the issues you are experiencing, but mine are DT products.

It's not worth the risk for the cost. You can buy the correct 4GB flash chip itself for $100 from a reseller.

Re: Really frustrated here!! with battery issues!!!
If it works on battery for even a minute or two, it's not a switch. The switch on the other unit makes it so the battery won't work without it being switched on.

The new style dock has the ethernet, for the 360. The 366's dock does not.matt wrote:

It's the same flash chip, but you need to reload the OS and drivers, as they are different.jm98 wrote: rectic, would it be possible to use DT369 4GB module in DT366? I need built in bluetooth as DT368/9 does not have built in bluetooth and USB bluetooth having problem with hibernating.

Since you are purchasing a used unit, a bad battery is usually assumed. Have you looked into replacing it?
