Re: Replacement AC Adapter

I can't comment on the unit you mention.

I have purchased this from  Geeks.com and can confirm it works with my DT366.  Cheap but works!

Re: Complete Image of Puppy 4.3.1 including Penmount drivers and hardware buttons

Wow, thanks again Matt. .  I am I just wanted to update my experience.  I have little post install time, and just about the same Puppy experience.  The overall experience does seem a little sluggish, although the number of default apps may make up for it. I had an issue when first setting up wireles...

Re: Openwrt

Hmn, not sure about the openwrt.  After a quick search and some random clicking, I have landed at the following. pcengines   which led me to some very similar hardware, minus the touch screen. Even more interesting is [url=http://"...

Re: Debian5-E17-1.2

i am posting this now with ie4linux on the webdt.  it can be usable if wineserver does not run out of control or lock up.  one odd thing is i cant use capital letters using 'shift' or 'cap-lock'.  i can't get any secondary functions.  ts entire post was written with 'caps-lock' on.

Re: Debian5-E17-1.2

OK, I installed wine, and followed the Debian instructions at IE4linux.     http://www.tatanka.com.br/ies4linux/page/Installation:Debian Please keep in mind I have an odd setup.  In part due to laziness I have my apt-get pointed to repros at Ubuntu/gutsy. I have installed the IE4linux and launched t...

Re: Debian5-E17-1.2

Benteam,

Do you have access to a CF card?  You can create symbolic links and move folders such as /usr/lib, /usr/share, and more.

I have a CF card setup with sym links on my LXDE.img machine.  I will try wine on that unit when I get a chance.

I could not get my Cisco airo 350 card working with this image. Anyone facing similar issue? BTW, the distro rocks. Remove some bluetooth and other packages and it simple rocks with abt 80 MB free space. E17 rocks... I also had an issue with WiFi connection using airo 350.  I am not sure what the i...

Way to go quotaholic.  I am downloading at the moment.  I can't wait to try it.  Kill the suspense for me....does this also includes hard buttons, or does the .Xmodmap how to work with E17?

Re: DT366 Restore Windows CE from backup

hopefully you backed up the entire drive, not just the 17MB partition.  There is a how to in the FAQ section.  If you made a ghost.img of the entire drive, you will not need to restore the boot record manually.

If you need additional help feel free to PM me.
