Touchscreen calibration
Just got word that tslib will work to calibrate a pm9000 serial touchscreen. This may be of benefit to Android folks as android comes with tslib installed. This is good information to hear as I have been having a problem getting gCal to work and not segfault. Here is a clip from the email from Penmo...

Re: Xybernaut Atigo-M series -- Changing OS
As your tablets are arm based android may be easier than what the rest of us are running in to on intel hardware. We intel users are limited to the offerings of androidx86.org. Normally we would have to install a android sdk on a ubuntu computer and emulate a build environment. This still may be the...

Re: Debian-6 DT-360 image
Thank you for your post! Sorry you had problems with the clonezilla. I too had the same problems with the "latest" this is why we linked to the "maveric" clonezilla image. On maverick, its slow but I think I forgot to mention that most operating systems try to use 1024x768 and we...

request for homeseer hstouch users
Hi folks, I saw a foreign video on youtube showing one persons hstouch skin he made and how he uses homeseer in his home. It was pretty impressive. I then surfed to homeseer and promptly received information overload. If anyone is using hstouch on your webdt can I ask a favor? Can you detail what it...

Re: Flash bios?
Glad to hear that a less destructive or non customer involved method may exist to solve the problem. I came from the home automation realm. Saw the DT36x branded as Crestron back in 2000 or so. The Crestron hardware that these talked to is fairly proprietary. My interest peaked on the box that the P...

Re: Flash bios?
That is a seriously interesting application. Would love to see it in action. What is the hardware it is talking to? Wifi ip based commands? Anyways only one person here "may" have access to a bios flashing rig. Send Foxx a pm when you get a chance and explain your situation. Let me know ho...

Re: New Forum
Thanks to those who pm'd me on a lack of post new topic and reply buttons. Had a few permission issues to straighten out that manifested during the conversion over to the current phpbb forum. Groups are handled differently in phpbb opposed to SMF. 1600 or so permissions did not import properly makin...

Debian6 image
In June of 2011 we made a installable image for the DT360 and the DT366-LX800 series that was fully hardware supportive. For the first time web browser, bluetooth manager and hard buttons have all been supported on one image.

New Forum
Hi All, In an act of prevention I have converted the forum over to a phpBB based forum. The mods were getting overwhelmed with spam. phpBB provides better tools to fight that as well as hopefully integrate chat in to the site. For now please forgive our appearance as we experiment with styles and ic...

Debian6-E17 based image
Hi folks, I posted this in the DT360 section however it will most certainly work on the DT366lx800 as well. In fact I built this image on a DT366 and then used clonezilla to move it over to the DT360. Then I brought in the VIA wifi and moved the window manager over to E17. Did this because the DT360...

Re: Android on WebDT366?
As Android is a linux based os I will have to move this thread to the linux section of the forum where the other android posts are. Its a work in progress. I do not believe that anyone has a functional build yet however I could be wrong. I have tried the x86 v1 build with no success as well as the v...
