Touchscreen was easy. Just opened the Penmount setup file and that was it. Puts a neat utility down in the tray for configuration too.

Ok, so now that I have it running:
a) which folders should I move to make room for a couple of programs.
b) How do I install the new programs? Do they use the .deb files?
c) How do I remove the programs I don't want?

Is it possible that HDD2 is 5V whereas HDD1 is 3.3V? If that where the case it would be possible to use an IDE HDD.
