Good afternoon.

Accidentally rename a folder named "default" directory in "documents and settings" now no longer starts the Windows CE.

Anyone know what should I do to fix?

You can try booting a live CD, or USB Operating system such as BartPE, Hirens Boot CT, or a Live Linux like Slax. Navigate to the folder and name it back to the original name.

I booted Hirens Boot CD to verify it works. I did have one issue. I have a Docking station for the DT, for some reason only the right side USB port worked. I had to swap out the Keyboard and Mouse each time I needed to type or navigate with mouse. This may not be an issue if using a standard USB Hub.
