Has anyone used the reset button, located on the back? It is hidden behind a round sticker.
I was curious what type of a reset does it perform.

Thanks, that saves me from digging out a screwdriver and yanking the battery.darkcirca wrote: It's for restarting the device, such as when the buttons may lock up (rather than removing the battery).
Some of the older models require you to use the reset button to boot, as it is for "cold booting".

Thanks for pointing out it's existence. I tampered w/ the BIOS settings regarding video, and could only get the device to white screen.volkswagner wrote: Has anyone used the reset button, located on the back? It is hidden behind a round sticker.

The good news is - this magical button resets CMOS to default settings. Thanks for pointing it out volkswagner
