Access the BIOS on the webdt166

Have a tip or tweak that worked for you? This is the place to share it. In particular allocatable memory, flash card slot limitations and speeds as well as how to set up a toggle for outdoor viewable video.

Access the BIOS on the webdt166

Post by eastern »

recently got a webdt166 and I am trying to get into the bios with no luck.
I hit F1 on the keyboard at boot but all I get is some grub loader.
Any suggestions would be helpful

I am thinking it might have something to do with the keyboard not being recognized until after the aqua-colored bios screen.

turns out I was correct. I ended up having to use a usb to ps/2 adapter connected to a hp keyboard I had sitting around to get it to accept F1 and take me into the bios.
